Our First Floor Parlor
Won’t you come in? We invite you to relax in our main parlor area. You can’t help but feel like you have stepped back into an era of time past as period antiques surround you. Including a working Victrola and a Melodian that was donated by the McFarlin’s granddaughter, Louise Daffin. A very relaxing room to visit with friends, family and new acquaintances. If it’s chilly we’ll light the fireplace and provide the hot chocolate, but you’ll just have to bring a good book with you. We invite you to take some time to look at the photograph albums of the restoration. If you need some inspiration to complete those “Home Improvement” projects, we invite you to take some time to look through our restoration albums. They will inspire anyone! Yes, the restoration was as painful as the pictures reveal, probably even more so.
