Inn Policies

All room rates quoted are for 2 people. Roll-a-way beds are available for an additional person at a price of $20.00 per night. This covers the cost of breakfast and laundry. 

Check in between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. unless other arrangements are made.

Check out is at 11:00 a.m. on the morning of your departure. Extended checkouts may be available for an additional fee.

Breakfast is served between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. at a time you designate. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know the night before breakfast is served and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

The McFarlin House does not allow smoking in any indoor areas. Our large wrap-around verandah has outdoor sitting areas for those who wish to smoke. Evidence of smoking in a guest room will incur a $100.00 per day cleaning fee.

Unfortunately the McFarlin House does not have an elevator. If you choose a room that is on the third floor, you need to be able to climb stairs with ease.

Baggage service is available. If you would like Richard to help you with your bags, just let him know. That's how he keeps in such good shape. 

A standard cancellation policy applies
to all reservations as follows:

Cancellation before 2 weeks (14 days) prior to first day of intended stay will assess a $15.00 booking fee per room, per night. Cancellations 14 days or less of intended stay will assess the entire rental fee per room, per night if the room is not reserved by another party. If the room is reserved by another party, the $15.00 booking fee per room, per night still applies. All charges can be applied toward another stay (Some weekends/events may require a 30 day cancellation notice).
